At Stockyard Sandwich Co. is it our mission to be a staple in Spring Garden for high quality sustainable food at a reasonable price. We source ingredients from local farms for a seasonal menu while showcasing fine dining techniques in a laid back atmosphere. We aim to reduce waste by creating daily specials utilizing off cuts from whole animals and seasonal produce.

About Us

Stockyard is the brainchild Chefs Will Lindsay and Mike Metzger, whom in 2016 brought the novel “farm to table” locally sourced stock and produce to Philadelphia in the most approachable way conceivable. While keeping the soul of Stockyard intact Chris Reed, former Chef of W.M. Mulherin’s Sons, Bar Hygge and Zama, has taken the reigns and does not intend to disappoint. Expect the classics to be enhanced and for there to be an emphasis on diverse regional American BBQ.
